Migrants in Pink

 

On a cold winter morning, a flamboyance of flamingoes are spotted near the banks of a freshwater lake, as they engage in their daily social routines of bathing and finding fresh feed.

 

These beautiful birds have migrated all the way from their summer nests up North, to the more tropical waters down South, close to the Equator, during the cold winter months.
